Therapy should feel accessible, consistent, and tailored to your life. That’s why I offer a monthly subscription model that keeps things simple and supportive. Whether you’re looking for regular sessions, occasional check-ins, or just want to explore if we’re a good fit, there’s space for you here.

You can choose a subscription that suits you and your rhythm, with 2 or 4 sessions per month, WhatsApp support during the week, access to my online portal, and discounted extras if you need them. I also offer letters and documents for benefits or support needs, because advocacy matters too.

Prefer to book as you go? That’s absolutely fine. I also offer evening and out-of-hours sessions at a higher price, and a limited number of sliding scale spots for those who need them. Please get in touch with me to discuss this further.

If you’re new here, I always recommend starting with a free 30-minute “getting to know you” session. It's a chance for us for us to meet, ask questions, and see if the space feels right for us. You’re welcome to bring your whole self, stim toy included.
